Cost of Services

My rate is $210.00 per 50 minute session. Many health insurance plans cover the fees of psychologists. I accept direct billing for the following plans:

• Blue Cross
• Canada Life
• Green Shields
• Chamber of Commerce
• Others (please inquire if you are not sure)

The following plans do not allow for direct billing (you would have to pay and then submit for reimbursement):

• Sun Life
• Manulife
• Others (please inquire if you are not sure)

I’m also an approved provider for:

• NIHB (Non-Insured Health Benefits) for First Nations and Inuit peoples
• ASEBP (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan)
• WCB (Workers’ Compensation Board)
• Lethbridge Police Service and RCMP
• VA (Veterans Affairs)
• FSCD (Family Supports for Children with Disabilities)

Cancellation Policy

Counselling appointments are important for healing, learning, and growth. Please call reception (403-381-6000) for any cancellations or rebooking’s. I require 24 hours notice. In the case of last-minute unexpected circumstances (e.g., sickness, family emergency), then please call as soon as possible and no charge will be issued. In the case of circumstances when 24 hours notice could have been provided, then you will be charged my regular rate ($210.00). Please note that your insurance may not cover late cancellation fees and it will be up to you pay it. Typically, I do not continue to see clients when there have been two or more late cancellations or no shows that are not based on last-minute unexpected circumstances.

Parking

Parking is available:

1. In front of Associates Counselling Services (239-12B St. N., Lethbridge, AB);

2. South along 12B St. on the same side of Associates;

3. In the parking island (a few stalls on the opposite side of Associates, but not infront of businesses);

4. In the residential area along 3rd Avenue and 12B St.

Parking is not allowed in-front of Off Road Canada.
